Janet M. Neigel, M.D., F.A.C.S.
A renowned oculofacial surgeon, Dr. Neigel is a board- certified ophthalmologist who has specialized in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery for over 30 years. She is a true innovator in oculoplastic surgery and one of the leading oculofacial plastic surgeons in the country. Dr. Neigel obtained her medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and has developed many new and different techniques in the field of blepharoplasty cosmetic, laser, and reconstructive surgery.
Over the years, her recognition, experience, and surgical skills have led many surgeons to complete their fellowship under her leadership and supervision. In addition to her surgical skills, Dr. Neigel is a national member, speaker, and aesthetic trainer for Allergan Cosmetics and Galderma Cosmetics. In 2018, Dr. Neigel was voted one of New Jersey’s Best Doctors by USA Top Docs for Healthy Living Magazine, and is one of NJTopDocs.

Michael J. Richard, M.D.
Dr. Michael Richard is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in Oculofacial Plastic Surgery. Graduating with high honors from Boston University School of Medicine, Dr. Richard completed his residency in ophthalmology at The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. A former assistant professor at Duke University Eye Center, Dr. Richard has over a decade of expertise in a broad range of cosmetic, medical, and surgical conditions.
Dr. Richard specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive eyelid surgery, blepharospasm, orbital tumors, tear duct surgery, skin cancers, ocular surface cancer, thyroid eye disease, and orbital and facial trauma.

Andrea Cacciarelli, M.D.
Dr. Andrea Cacciarelli is a plastic and reconstructive surgery specialist. She graduated with honors from State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in 1989 and completed a residency at Franciscan Medical Center Dayton. Having more than 28 years of diverse experiences, especially in plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Andrea Cacciarelli is affiliated with many hospitals, including RWJBarnabas Health, Clara Maass Medical Center, and St. Michael’s Medical Center.

Kira Segal, M.D.
Dr. Segal is a board-certified ophthalmologist with specialty training in oculofacial plastic surgery. Her practice interests include eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty and ptosis), brow lift, thyroid eye disease/correction of bulging eyes, cancers of the eyelids, orbit, and face (including complex Mohs reconstruction), eyelid malposition, tearing disorders, facial nerve palsy, anophthalmic socket, aesthetic surgery, and non-surgical injectables.
Dr. Segal received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She then obtained her MD with dual honors in service to the community and research from Weill Cornell Medical College. She was awarded the Medical Society State of New York Award for medical excellence. She then went on to complete her transitional year internship at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and her ophthalmology residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medicine. Dr. Segal completed an additional two years of subspecialty training in surgery of the eyelids, orbit, and lacrimal system at the Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan. This prestigious fellowship is one of few in the county credentialed by the Oculofacial Society (ASOPRS). She was an Assistant Professor at Weill Cornell Medicine with appointments at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center before joining EltraSelf. She currently sits on a leadership committee of ASOPRS and is a member of Women in Ophthalmology.
She has advanced training in complex approaches to the eyelid, orbit and tear drainage system and as a result performs a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. Her surgical training includes minimally invasive/scarless approaches to the orbit for correction of bulging eyes as well as endoscopic surgery for tearing and brow ptosis. Dr. Segal strives to make sure her patients feel comfortable and confident each step of the way. She works closely with each individual to ensure that the surgical or medical plan is aligned with her patient's goal and aesthetic.
